Responsible for Human Resources solutions 
  • As Human Resources Manager you support senior and local management and executives in the area of personnel and operational matters
  • You manage the HR Department in Central and Eastern Europe (Poland and Moldova to start with), coordinating HR processes and projects (local and international)
  • You design and implement HR solutions (employee development, career paths, trainings, incentive systems, periodic performance appraisal)
  • You coordinate the internal communication process in the company
  • You monitor HR indicators and you recommend improvement actions
  • You prepare reports and analyses in the HR area
  • You prepare and update internal documents such as regulations, procedures, instructions, etc.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • You have professional experience on a similar position in a manufacturing plant
  • You have a higher education, preferably in the field of HR management, economics or HR and payroll
  • Knowledge of labour law, HR tools and trends is a must
  • We expect you to have knowledge of finance, budgeting and operational issues to support senior management in making business decisions
  • As an expert in your domain, you have highly developed skills in communication, relationship building and working with employees at all levels of the organization
  • You have excellent organizational skills
  • You are hands on, goal and result-oriented, you have business acumen and you are able to bring and implement solutions
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • You hold a driving licence cat. B
