You will be responsible for:
  • First line of support; responding to and resolving technical issues at the companys European locations
  • Performing software installations, hardware implementations, system rebuilds
  • cooperation with external IT suppliers
  • IT record keeping
What are the requirements?
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (B2 level)
  • Experience in an internal IT department 
  • Good knowledge of network issues, Active Directory and Windows Server
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Proactive interest in IT area, attitude and willingness to develop IT skills and knowledge and the organization as a whole
  • A flexible approach to problem solving and a "can do" attitude
  • Communication, organizational and planning skills
  • Knowledge of cyber security and data protection rules and interest in these topics will be a plus
  • Availability for business travel in Europe
